Open the NES folder and find the NES file. Right click, choose 'properties', and set permissions to 777. Restart your iPhone. The application should appear on phone. Next, to install games, log back into to Win SCP and locate the mobile folder. Open media folder and create 2 new folders called "ROMs" and "NES".
